Multisite Settings Feature

Feature request. A settings page for multisite. I just switched a massive site from the classic editor plugin to this one. Then I had to go into the settings of 20+ sites to disable blocks in widgets. Not a must have but it would be nice to be able to control this for all sites in the network admin.
