Multisite: settings don’t save on the main site

    Hi I can edit the settings of all the sites except the main site. When I click on save on all sub sites settings are loading but on the main site only nothing happens when I click on save, nothing loads

    I have tried to remove the plugin fully and delete all database but problem remains.

    I have the setting Anti-Crawler active that I really want to disable asap but I can’t

    I have tried for days now nothing works
