    Hi paulcobb,

    It looks like your question is related to the Pro version of the extension. The right support channel for that extension is via WooThemes Support. You can submit a new ticket at the following link: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Just a note, as WooCommerce does not support being network activated in a multisite install, neither do the extensions. All WC extensions should be activated on a per-site basis and will have separate settings screens.
