    Hi,

    We have PYS installed on a WP multisite with a US site on .co and an Australian site on .co/au

    We have a custom thank you page.

    We can’t seem to be tracking purchase value.

    Any idea why that might be?

    Hello,

    It’s quite a known problem triggered by the fact that WPML doesn’t properly declare order received pages, so our default Purchase event doesn’t work.

    Try to add the order confirmation page ID on our WooCommerce page, in the dedicated field. You will see this text: “If the Purchase event doesn’t work correctly, add your Checkout page(s) ID(s) here:”

    To get the ID, edit the page, and copy the ID from the URL.

    Test by placing an order and check with Pixel Helper Chrome extension if the Purchase fires.

    Thank you for your response. I can’t seem to find this text or setting on the WooCommerce page in the plugin, am I missing something?

    I am very sorry, I forgot that this is an option available only in the paid plugin.

    Hi again,

    We have since purchased the Pro version of the plugin and the Super Pack with the intention to enable the above mentioned setting.

    However, upon installing the Super Pack on our multisite at Network level, one of our sub sites (/au) crashed.

    Are you please able to help?
