I run a small multisite network and have installed Smart Slider 3 on it. I use Smart Slider on the same hosting company’s servers with no problems on individual sites.

On the network, however, the icons do not show. I have read your help and added those lines to the .htaccess file, however that did not fix it. When I look at the javascript error, I’m seeing something:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://networkdomain.com/subsite/wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3/nextend/media/fonts/Nextend.ttf?z9yovy. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).

    (domain names changed for privacy)

The site is set up with the individual sites as folders. However, those folders don’t actually exist physically. I’m certain this is the problem, but I’m not clear on how to fix it.

Has this happened on any other multisite installs?

Again: I don’t think it is the hosting company’s issue, because this works fine on non-multisite installs.

I’ve already added likes to the htaccess…but I’m wondering if maybe I need some redirect for the subsites?

The error is referencing a folder that does not exist.

    Hi @deleyna

First, you should try opening the links of the fonts directly.
Since if you have access to them, you should be able to download them.

Without checking your site, I can not tell anything concrete but the problem can be related to a restriction as well, meaning that you probably don’t have enough permission to access the fonts.

Anyway please open a support ticket at:
    https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/
refer to this topic and please also include the url of the site where the problem occurs.

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.
