multisite post thumbnail

  • hai, i have wordpress multisite for blog. i can display post thumbnail in my front page. but user must adding featured image in new post and in user blog image twice display. so, i just want display post thumbnail in my main site fornt page but my user blog should not add featured image in new post.
    anyone can help me?
