Multisite PMPro Register Helper create multiple registration page

I just want to ask on how to make this add on make different fields for every site because we are on a multi site, so on a multi site you only use one plugin for all your sites, so with PMPro Register Helper when I created a custom fields it uses that in all my sites,

my question is how can I make a custom registration page for my other site ex.

site A
name,email,address,paypal,social

site B
name,email,address,social,tshirt,message
