Multisite – per site or network activated

Hi there!

To be honest, I haven’t really tested it on multisite using network activation but I think it should work well, back when I was releasing update regarding multisites, I did some tests and everything seemed to be working well.

Either way should be fine, it really depends, if you are using maintenance mode on all your sites and or mostly just on some of them – then I would activate it per site but if you use it for all of them – network activate it.
