    Hei Guys,

    trying to get a Multisitenetwork running.

    sub0.domain.tld (maininstall)
    sub1.domain.tld (directory is the same like sub0)
    sub2.domain.tld (directory is the same like sub0)

    If I open sub1 oder sub2 in the browser, it redirects to sub0.

    The config file part to multisite:

    define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);

    define(‘MULTISITE’, true);
    define(‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, false);
    define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘sub0.domain.tld’);
    define(‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/’);
    define(‘SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1);
    define(‘BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1);

    Have tried it with another TLD too. That works.
    otherdomain.tld (directory is the same like sub0.domain.tld)

    Thanks in advance, sprul

    Hate it. Just changed the Setting SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL back to true. But I tried it before and it didnt worked – just crying ??

    Sorry.

    Okay, got the problem back with SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL true.

    If I’ll login into the Adminpanel from sub1 or sub2 I get redirected back to the loginform without a (error)message.

    How to solve this issue?

    URL after trying to Login:
    https://sub1.domain.tld/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fsub1.domain.tld%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

    Because that’s wrong. You can’t do it with subdomains like that.

    For subdomains to work, you MUST install in domain.tld

    NOT sub0.domain.tld

    Hei, thanks for your reply!

    I got it finally to work. But only with the MU Multisite Domain Mapping Plugin. It is really disappointing that wordpress can’t do this natively.
