Multisite not working

Go to Your active themes wp-config.php and turn on debug mode to true so it will give you notices or errors in your website.

That way you can have idea about what is wrong with your multisite network.

You can also try saving the permalinks again by going to Settings > Permalinks and see if that helps.

Can you share the main site and the subsite URL in question?

I tried and it didn’t work ): the main site is https://intlstudentmidwivescollective.org/. The subdirectory site which won’t allow me to change anything or add new pages is https://intlstudentmidwivescollective.org/ismcblog/
