Multisite not listing all sites in network

It sounds like you have two user accounts?

I have multiple accounts so that articles and blog posts can be associated with different users. However, I set up MultiSite while logged into my main account for the main site.

Do you have any recommendations for how to move Blogs A, B and C to the same account?

Thanks, Ipstenu! You were right. The three blogs that were not showing up in the dropdown menu did not have my main / network admin account listed as an administrator. I went into the Sites > Users section for each of these sites on my network and added the network admin account. These sites now show up in my menu.

Any insight into why Blog D does not work like the others? It appears to be set up exactly the same now.

Network admins don’t have to be added to every site. They’re the SuperAdmin and can always control every site. The only reason you’d need to add someone as an admin to a site is if you want the site to show up on the MySites list. Which is actually something I don’t recommend. That list can get MASSIVE.

So we’re logged in as the network admin and the page cannot be displayed? What’s the exact error you get on BlogD?

I cannot view any of the pages I created on Blog D. The pages exist, and I can see the code during editing, but they don’t show up either by clicking the page name in the menu or by going to the edit page and clicking “View page.”

I see this for any page on Blog D that I’d like to view (except for the homepage, which I can view):

Okay so that’s on the FRONT end. You said you can’t edit any pages except the front page. Did you mean you CAN edit but the pages don’t show up, or something else?

Thanks again. I just tried this, but when I click “view page,” I get the same error that the page appears to be missing.

Try changing to ugly (default) permalinks.

That worked; I can see the pages now.

(When I try to change the link structure back, I’m unable to see the pages again.)

ANY alternate link structure or just one specific one? Try ’em all.

Also try using a different theme.

Not sure what you’re asking me about the link structure. Blog D’s link structure matched the link structure that all the other ones were using, until you asked me to revert its structure to default permalinks.

The default permalink structure works, i.e. I can see the pages. But it does not work for my business from a user-friendly perspective or an SEO one.
