Multisite network of 140+ domains

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to create such an awesome plugin.

I’m just curious how you would personally go about implementing SSL certs on a multisite install that has close to 150 different domains. Maybe divide the network into a multi network and use your multi domain certs or is there a way to install single certificates that I am overlooking?
