    Yes. I did that on couple of days ago. Thank you. May I ask a question? What is the “usual time to support reply” when they have a fix for the server error?

    I asked the question of them a day ago but did not get a reply. Today will be day two unless they reply today.

    Hello again Roch. I am sorry to trouble you “again” but…my purchase was on 01/19/2016. I gave notice and provided the zip file and ftp access over a week ago. This is much longer that 1 day.

    Is there some problem with support? Should I just ask for a refund? The communication and followup.. or the “taking ownership” of the problem of some support team member seems to have either fallen between the cracks or is lacking structure in keeping me informed of ANY progress.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
