MultiSite Mode: Central Points Across Network

From what I can gleam from the description so far, with the current MultiSite implementation, myCred works independently for each site on which the plugin is activated.

I run a network of sites with WordPress MultiSite (started long before Custom Post Types came in the scene) — but it’s really just one community of users. Is there a way to have myCred run for the entire network, rather than on individual sites? So, for example, user actions get rewarded at one central place irrespective of the sub-site where the actions took place.
