Multisite: main and subblogs with same domain level

  • Hi all,

    I already have a site example.com (not wordpress). Now I need to run wordpress network as subdomains of this, but cannot override example.com with main wordpress blog. My layout needs to be:

    mainblog.example.com
    subblog1.example.com
    subblog2.example.com
    subblog3.example.com
    …

    Well, default wp network install expects that you configure 1 domain and N subdomains. How can I change it to allow both at same domain level?
