Multisite Issues

  • Changes made in the Theme Editor for one site, change the settings in all sites when using WordPress in Multisite configuration.

    So, changing the color of a navbar for one site, changes it for *all* sites in the network.

    Is there a way to avoid this? Can this be updated?

    Hi Andrew,

    This was an early oversight by myself. At one point all of the settings applied to every site in a multi site setup, I corrected that but left the themes so that they could be used on any site in a multi site network.

    You’ll need to create a new theme for each site in your network if you want to avoid changes being applied to all sites. I will need to figure out how to make the themes site specific (quite easy in theory) but make sure there aren’t any knock on effects.
