Multisite issues?

I just installed GUIform but it doesn’t seem to work. When I try to create a new form nothing happens.

I get an error message when I try to add a new mail in mail setup:

{“status”:”error”,”message”:”Security check!<\/span>”}

Is there some issue with multisite?
