Multisite Installation

I have a multisite and I need to install this plugin to be used on only one subdomain. When I Network Activate, I receive the following error when adding a new Proposal:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for Oxd::set_debate(), called in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 300 and defined in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/oxford-debate/oxd.php on line 153

If I only install it on the network and then activate it on the subdomain alone, I receive the same error.

If I try and continue to publish a proposal, I receive the above error in addition to the following:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/oxford-debate/oxd.php:153) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179

Can I get help on how to install this properly on a multisite subdomain?
