Multisite install – control from site admin

    Hi there,

    We are exploring the option to use this on a multisite that I have just started building. I wanted to use Admin Tweaks (MTT) in a way that I can control all settings network wide. However I cannot see an option for this.

    I have an option to set the plugin network enabled, but this places the plugin active and available to all sites.

    Hopefully you have a solution to this small issue I am facing.

    Hi Ciaran,
    no, unfortunately, there are no Network Wide options.

    I started to support Multisite, but only to change some elements in wp-admin/network/.

    But yes, I miss this functionality too and will try to implement it in the near future. Right now, the solution is to generate the Export code in one site and Import it in the rest.

    I’m not sure about: if Network activated what options would show in Network and what options would show in each site… What do you think?

    Ahh it is no problem, I have installed as you described, and works pretty flawless.

    I have turned on in each instance, but found a better way to do this. I have purchased Blog Template Plugin from WPMUDEV website, so I set this up once with all plugins I would like installed with the settings of each plugin already done. So when I make a new site, it comes already set with MTT settings ready to go and launch.

    Might be a good solution for others looking to do something similar.
