multisite import

    I am trying to import a .wpress file into my blog that happens to be a wp multisite. I know there is a multisite plugin (for purchase), but I do not want that. I simply want to import a single .wpress file into a single blog on the network. It seems unduly onerous to have to pay $200 to do this.

    Perhaps I did not make it clear. I cannot simply move the site. I cannot install the site from a .wpress file that I purchased as a dfy website.

    It does not make sense that I could upload the .wpress file if I had a single wp installation, but cannot because I have a wp multi-site installation.

    I just want to upload the single .wpress file to a single site. I am not looking for any multi-site functionality (for $200).
