    Hi there,

we have recently gone multisite – with our main site https://www.domain.com for our UK customers and our subdirectory site https://www.domain.com/usa for the US.

We need to be able to tell google that the /usa site is for US customers and ideally this needs to the site which is crawled and listed for searchers/customers based in the US. One of the ways we can do this apparently is through the use of a sitemap: –

You can use a sitemap to tell Google all of the language and region variants for each URL. To do so, add a <loc> element specifying a single URL, with child <xhtml:link> entries listing every language/locale variant of the page including itself. Therefore if you have 3 versions of a page, your sitemap will have 3 entries, each with 3 identical child entries.

Does Yoast offer anything in regard to this to help us get this setup correctly? What would be the best way to do this?

    Many thanks in advance.
