Multisite form submissions not saved

    Hi,

    There seems to be a bug for saving submission on a multisite network.

    If I test the plugin on the main site of a multisite installation the submitted forms are saved in the database and can be seen.

    But for all sub-sites the form submission don’t get saved at all.
    All other things like sending e-mail notifications do work correct on all sites.

    Hi Lap,

    It seems to be a bug, I added more details in the github repo.

    yes I got your emails even though I misspelled our email n my reply above. Thank you!
    I will have to investigate and discuss this with Danny and will get back to you when we know more.
