Multisite Domain Disappeared and Stopped Working after Upgrade

  • My subdomain websites have stopped working since I upgraded to the new wordpress software.

    Has anyone got a solution to this?
    I am running the sites on plesk.

    Nothing else changed besides the upgrades.
    The single installs are absolutely fine.

    Can someone point me in the right direction as it would be greatly appreciated.

    Define ‘Stopped working’

    What error do you get? A white screen of death?

    Have you disabled plugins?

    Do ALL sites on that multisite fail?

    It keeps reverting to the main site rather than the site linked to the subdomain.
    I have disabled all plugins.

    Yes all the sites on multisite fail besides the main site.
    So example.co.uk is working fine.
    although site1.example.co.uk goes to example.co.uk
    site2.example.co.uk goes to example.co.uk and so on…

    What happens if you go to totallyfake.example.co.uk ?

    it goes to example.co.uk. any solutions…

    check your htaccess files and even your sub-domain setup in Plesk
