Multisite: "Delete Cache" link shows up on the users admin bar

  • On multisite “Delete Cache” link shows up on the users admin bar. The blog owner has no permissions to delete the cache.
    I think the check in the wp-cache.php file (inside the plugin directory) is wrong.

    The problem might be in this function:
    supercache_admin_bar_render()

    The blog owner (not the site owner), can’t delete others posts, but the “Delete Cache” link on the admin bar shows up anyway.
