Multisite dashboard access issue

When running WP Cerber on multisite a site admin can go to users list, then click on the count of Failed login attempts, which will allow a site admin to GAIN FULL ACCESS wo the wp cerber dashboard.

Alternatively he can add /wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=cerber-security to the domain to also gain full access.

If WP Server is managed on a network-wide basis (network-activated by superadmins) it should not be possible for regular site-admins without superadmin privileges to access the cerber dashboard.

Is there a built-in option to change this? If not, please add.
