multisite crash after activate the plugin

  • Hi. I just install the plugin on a live multisite from a client. Just after the plugin activation, the website start to show an 500 server error on ANY admin dashboard page

    How can i solve this? currently i don’t have access to hosting, but i suposse they will give me that acces in a few hours
