Multisite Contact Forms not working

  • We have a multisite network with about 100 websites and the contact forms are not sending emails. We have tried Fast Secure Contact Form and Contact Form 7 (currently active). I’ve gone through the FAQ and troubleshooting but emails are still not being received from any websites. Here’s one site: https://tomsherman.benchmark.us

    Any ideas of something else I should try or a different plugin?

    NO emails from anything? Okay, can you get emails from WordPress itself when you add users etc?

    If not try the “PHP Simple E-Mail” example on https://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_mail.asp

    Now that you brought that up, I don’t think we have received emails when new users are setup. I would really like a plugin but I will look into the PHP option. Thanks!

    If you’re not getting any emails, a plugin isn’t going to help UNTIL we find what’s wrong ?? That PHP email thing I gave you will help you sort out if your server’s capable of sending out emails from PHP apps. If THAT fails, grab your host and ask them what’s up!

    We use Hostgator so I will call them for help too.
