    Yes, the API key can be used on multiple WordPress websites.

    Use the code to activate the plugin, in the ShortPixel plugin Settings (don’t forget to click Save changes).

    Thanks for your reply. I don’t mean multiple WordPress sites – I mean a WordPress multisite!!! Does it work on that, as I can’t see a plugin settings page?

    Got it now. We looked into it and there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work properly. The plugin is installed once, and it will call on different databases.

    Katie, you are a jewel. We’re posting your findings here, for anyone interested to see how you did it:

    It turns out that you have to activate the plugin in the network admin and THEN activate it manually via the plugin’s page on each individual site in the multisite. Once you have done that, the Settings menu appears, and you can add the API key for each individual site.
