Hi. I’ve been using the original version of the plugin on a single site but I’ve recently moved over to a multisite environment. The original plugin stopped working when I did this. I’ve tried your version too, but unfortunately the data isn’t persisting.

Can you let me know if the plugin is multi-site compatible please?

Thank you for keeping the plugin up-to-date.
    Cheers

I do all my development on a multi-site setup. So yes it is compatible. Only possible troubleshooting idea would be to make sure you go under the form settings and select how you would like data to persist.

Hi. Thanks for the quick response. If I set the form to “save data with ajax”, complete half of it and wait for 20 seconds, then refresh, the data does persist. As soon as I hit submit though the data clears from the form, even though “Clear persistence on submit” is not ticked.

I’ll have a dig about and see if anything else in my site is causing the problem.

    Thanks again
