Multisite compatibility + role bug

Role-based allow: when trying to select only administrator, the roles seem to reset to default and checks Author, Editor, and Administrator. The other combinations seem to save the checkboxes correctly. (I have not tested if roles themselves work as of now, but I imagine they do).

Multisite: just a small issue: when network activating the plugin, it works on the main site but not subsites. You must enable it on every subsite individually for it to work, then you can disable it and re-enable network-wide. Not too big of an issue with a small amount of sites, but of course is a bit quirky.
