multisite compatibility or setting default values

Hi,

I have a multisite install for bloggers and I’am missing one feature from this plugin:
It would be great if on multisite install it would be possible to set the values (settings) globally (on network admin) and don’t show the responsive lightbox settings for the bloggers (on the simple admin), or just could be optional to show it or not (maybe a checkbox on the network admin).
More complex way if I can check which settings the blogger can change (see) and which not.

Or the simpler way is a new filter, which throw I can set the default settings. Searched, but didn’t find any.

What do you think, will be implemented something like the aboves?
