Hello! Thanks for sharing such a great plugin!

I’d like to see multisite functionality developed a little further. I’m trying to use this plugin on the main site of my multisite. I develop and host all my client sites on my multisite network, so they typically have users added to their site that aren’t added to my main site. Unfortunately, this plugin generates a private page for every user in the network–not just the ones on the active site.

Could you add a way to check for multisite and only generate pages for users on the active site?

I’m also willing to add it to a custom extension plugin. I plan to add some things like creating a taxonomy for each client when the page is generated so I can create a Beaver Themer layout that displays sets of posts types that are assigned to the same tag. (For instance, if I have a Project Huddle mockup, I can tag it with the client name and it will automatically populate on the private page for the client.

    Thank you!

Also, I have just started redeveloping this new network and have no client sites migrated to it yet. If you’d like to use my network for some testing, I am willing to let you use this network. Thanks!

    Hello Mark,

    Thanks for your appreciation!

By default, Client Portal should create private pages only for users that belong to a certain sub-site within your multisite network.

    Let’s say we have Subsite1, Subsite2, Subsite3.

When a new user is added to Subsite2, a private page should only be generated on Subsite2, and not on Subsite1 or 3.

(I have tried this on my test rig and it appears to work all right.)

    Can you reproduce this experience?

Or do you add the user to Subsite2 and then private pages also show up on Subsite 1 and 3?

This should really not be happening and we should investigate further if it does.

Perhaps the problem is different, and more clarifications are necessary. I’m just taking small steps in order to make sure that I understand everything as clearly as possible.

    With the best of regards,
    Gabriel
