Multisite cloning for event manager

Hello,

Thanks for the plugin, it is very usefull.

I have a multisite with event manager plugin. When i duplicate one site everything seems ok but the event manager plugin has a problem. although it has cloned the events (custom post type) and categories, it does show them in the website, and does not allow to create a new event (Issue related with an incorrect index on a table wp_em_event). Indeed when I look at mysql database, when cloning the site the plugin has not created any table for event manager.

I would really apreciate a work around.
