Multisite – Clarification Please

I think my question was recently answered, but that thread was marked “resolved.” There was a little ambiguity about the term “installation” so —
Assume I have a “Personal” license for MailChimp for WordPress Pro.
Assume I have a single WordPress multisite-enabled core and have (for example) two subdirectory sites running off that core:

https://smithxx.comAssume I have network enabled a “Personal” Pro MailChimp for WordPress plugin.
I believe that constitutes one “installation” of WordPress and a single “Personal” Pro license would be appropriate to cover all three of the networked sites running under the one WordPress multisite core.
Am I right?
