Multisite CDN Queue Database Error Table

  • Hello,
    I saw you have a fix on this but I am receiving the same error which is claimed to be fixed.

    ERROR SAYS: The table doesn’t exist at request SELECT * FROM /table/ from require_once(‘wp-admin/admin.php’), do_action(‘load-performance_page_w3tc_cdn’), call_user_func_array, W3_Plugin_TotalCacheAdmin->load, W3_AdminActions_ActionHandler->execute, W3_AdminActions_ActionHandler->_execute, W3_AdminActions_CdnActionsAdmin->action_cdn_queue, W3_Plugin_CdnAdmin->queue_get

    What setting causes this,please so that I can change it?
