    We currently use ATUM for our Bricks and Clicks store and we LOVE it! Keep up the great work!

    1 – Since a few updates ago, “sold today” is not returning any values. sold in last 7 days and last 14 days works however.

    2 – We are in the process of expanding to a multisite network where we will have 2 sites with their seperate independent inventory. After installing and duplicating my website everything seems to be working except i am not able to open ATUM on the new sub-site. When I go to stock central it simply loads forever and never opens. If we can simply get this fixed then we would be good to go with our multisite application and open our second phsyical location which is scheduled for January 24th. I would appreciate your help on this.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    I am glad you like ATUM and feel very sorry about the issues you are having. However, we are not aware of any other user experiencing the ‘sold today’ issue. Would you be so kind to open a private ticket here, please? We will need PHP error log file and an access to your site if possible, please?
    If it is a global ATUM bug, I will post the resolution here for other users to read.

    Regarding the multisite, I have to say, I am little confused. Please, answer these questions for me:
    1. Will you have a second website with another WC and ATUM install?
    2. When you say duplicating your website, what do you mean? Is this on the same domain? What about the database?
    3. As the Stock Central loads and does not show anything, we will need you to open a second ticket, please? Upload a PHP error log from this site too, please?
    4. ATUM does not support multisite with synced stock, did you want to run synced stock too? This feature is planed, but not yet scheduled for development.
