Multisite & Buddypress Issues

I installed buddypress yesterday and now have some issues. The weird thing is that not all the issues are across the network and not all the issues are the same. Here is what I am experiencing…

1. on our main site https://tholcorealestategroup.com and all subsites I now have a login header across the top of my page. I have no idea how that got there and would like to know how to remove it.

2. all my subsites have broken image links but not all links are broken, again… no idea how this has happened.
