Multisite and localization

Hi,
Im having trouble translating my child theme to Slovenian language. Actualy this is how I made:
I have created child theme and installed Loco translate
I made multisite where I want to have differend language

Problem is:
What did I skiped becouse It doesnt want to translate my child theme. Changes are only made when I translating parent theme. Do I need to create PO and MO files or import it frome where?

Problem also starts when I need to translate in two differend languages.
