Multisite admin feed

We are running an extensive multisite installation, and it would be nice to have a feed being provided by default to all sites in the network.

Browsing through the help files and codex comes up with this page on the codex about Network Admin Settings.

This page references an Admin Feed, which is exactly what I am after. However it appears that the image dates from June 2010 and so may be quite out of date.

I [think I] have trawled the entire of the admin settings and cannot find this setting anywhere. Has this feature been retired, removed, moved, etc?
