• Has anyone had trouble using Press This with multisite? The subdomain sites seem to work but Press This won’t work with the top level site. The bookmark opens the window and populates the info correctly, but Publish, Save as Draft, Standard Edit just give a quick refresh flash on that window and don’t do anything. And nothing is left in Posts on the site.

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, etc to no avail…

    Ideas?

    Thanks,
    Tom

  • Yes, I have the same issues… I was hoping 5.4.1 would fix it. I haven’t had time to do the update and try it yet.

My other idea is to try moving the main site’s content to a subsite and creating a subdomain for the ‘network site’ but that’s a good bit of work and I hope I don’t need to go that route.

My ‘Press This’ also has the Indieweb extensions as that main site is Indieweb enabled so ‘the move’ seems even more complicated.

You might also like the enhanced workflow and options of Press Forward instead. Especially if you want bookmarklet functionality for your self and your users. It’s much more complicated but also offers collaboration between users and approvals before finally making the articles available.
