Did you activate the plugin on each site in the multi-site environment?

    Yes i have done
At first site (example.com) i could edit and create it, but dont show routes on index page.
In second (example.com/es/) all works correctly

    Hi,
are you aware that routes created in one site won’t be visible on the other site (subdomain)? That’s how the multisite is working, the posts (routes in this case) are sticked up to a specific site (subdomain).

No, id refert that only can create routes in one subdomain, the plugin only works in one.
I have been trying to use polylang before multisite and doesnt woork too
    Any suggestion?

Plugin does not have multi-lingual support. As for working on only sub domain what happens when you try to activate it in the other sub-domains – this is not clear from your description. Anyway it is hard to be able to understand the full scope of the issue without accessing your site

    Hello
    I was trying in localhost.
In my real site now i have a single site, and i want extend to new languaje.
The problem is easy in mysite.com y could add routes and i see on index before save it.
On mysite.com/en/ the plugin lools like works, i write route draw lines… but when i save a new route,i go to index and dont show any route, i cant find anywhere the route that i have done in this subdomain
Anyway are your plugin multisete compatible?
    Thanks u

It is multisite compatible. Sounds to me like there is some sort of a conflict causing this
