Multisite 404 error files or database issue

  • Hey, I’m new to subdomains and Multisite. I followed the instructions on how to set it up and the info page loads fine, but I am not getting any luck getting into the dashboard of my subdomain. I had my server tech support look at the server settings, but they concluded that there is an issue with the CMS or DB or another similar file. I really don’t know what I’m looking for to be able to pinpoint the issue.

  • There is no WordPress installed under the domain at all. I suspect the domain does not point to the correct webspace. However, your hosting support should recognize this.

    @threadi Thank you. This solved the majority of the issue, I think. I installed a WordPress installation on my wildcard *.azylazallelu.com and I see the semblance of a website, but still a 404 error.
