Multisite?

I am not sure what you exactly mean by multisite support.

This plugin can run on multisite websites without any issues. The “Bulk WP” menu will be available inside each blog’s admin page.

If by “multisite support” you meant deleting posts or users across blogs, then that is not supported yet.

Kindly let me know your exact requirement and I will be able to give you an ETA based on that.

If I delete users of a blog on a multisite network, will those users be deleted entirely from the network or simply removed from the blog?

In a multisite if you delete a user then that user will be removed from that blog, not from the entire network.
