I have a WordPress Multisite installation, and I’m wondering if it’s possible for the plugin to be setup in my Network Admin area, instead of my individual sites.

What I’m trying to achieve is one database of employees that is setup by the Super Admin. I have a doctor’s office with 8 locations, and each location has it’s own site within my multisite setup. Some of the doctors work at multiple locations. I’d like to be able to access Simple Staff List from the Network Admin area and add staff members there. Otherwise, staff members can’t be shared across locations.

Is there a way to do this?

I know this is a late reply to imdtracy but, no. There isn’t a way built into to the plugin for this type of usage. I will say, though, that with the new REST API being developed, this functionality will be able to be built.

I don’t know if this is a feature that could eventually be built into the plugin – the ability to set a url of a site that contains the ‘master’ staff list data – or if it would need to be custom built by a developer.

    Hope this helps!
