Multiple WP Installs on same domain ( sub-directories)

Can I install word press multiple times on a combination of main domain and sub-directories? For example:
https://www.mydomain.com
https://www.mydomain.com/pinellas
https://www.mydomain.com/clearwaterThis will be for a store that will have a main landing page on the primary domain and a store specific site for each location installed on a specified sub-directory.
