Multiple wordpress sites in Godaddy

I have a Godaddy deluxe hosting plan (that supports multiple domains) and two domains, one that came with the hosting and other I bought separately. My requirement is to install wordpress for both sites in the same hosting plan. Basically, the goal is to have separate WordPress themes for both sites. In Godaddy, I can install only one WordPress instance per hosting. Can you please give me an idea on how can I different WordPress themes for both sites?
