    I have set up the woocommerce app and my android phone, all works well, until I try to add my business partner. I’ve created her a wordpress account and she’s connected that to jetpack under her account… she installed the app on her iphone, she gets the message “it looks like <store> is connected to a different account”.
    The information I’ve seen suggests this should be possible, but so far I can only connect one account to the store.
    How do I fix this?

    I should say she’s set up as a “shop manager” role on the site if that makes any difference.

    This could be an issue with user roles, or it could be a Jetpack connection issue. We’ll need more information to be sure.

    The best thing to do here is ask your business partner to contact support through the Help & Support section in the app, which will provide us with more information about what’s happening.

    Hey,
    If the problem isn’t solved, I solved it by removing users with the same emails in wordpress site and then inviting them using the wordpress.com.
