Multiple warnings and critical errors, what do do?

Unfortunately I have to ask for help with this huge list of error messages shown on the Helpers menu item on my dashboard. I’m not that conversant with WordPress to know what to do. It is updated to the latest version 6.2, as is everything else to the latest versions.

This is at the top of the dashboard.
