• Hi,

    I’m a beginner and not sure how to proceed. My site loads and works perfectly on my desktop (Chrome) and my phone, but won’t open on my dad’s phone but will open on his desktop; while from around the world, people with all different browsers are unable to load the site. They are reporting these errors:

    400 error

    400 – Bad Request

    “Your connection is not private
    NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID”

    I ran it through Qualys SSL Labs and it appears the SSL certificate is fine. I do not have an SNI certificate. I don’t know where to start with fixing this issue. Any help appreciated.

    I had no problem connecting to your site.

    In fact the connection was pretty fast!

    400 error may indicates:
    – It could be failure to communicate with the server. Reasons for this failure to communicate with the server can vary.
    – it could be configuration issue
    – it could be memory issue
    – it could be permalinks issue, try reviewing this: How to fix 404 error when using Pretty Permalinks?
    – it could be optimization issue
    – it could be a conflict with plugin

    400 – Bad Request:
    That is definitely an issue you would need to ask your host about.

    Thank you. I realized I didn’t mention that I am hosting on Bluehost.
    I will get in touch with them, but I’m still open to any more advice.
