• I have a site, where the user can create a profile (a WP user) on the frontend. Now, i want to manage these users backend with groups. Specifically i want to have multiple groups – with the same management possibilities as taxonomies/categories – i want to be able to create and assign a “category” to a user, and then maybe a subcategory. In essence i want a custom taxonomy for users. And, then, as the most important feature, i want to be able to “filter” through these categories (multiple), and see users who are in “category 1” and “category 2”.

Does anyone know if there is a plugin for this, or have a solution?

The thing i’m trying to do, is make a job-board, where I (as the admin) match users with jobs – but, for this to work, i need to be able to assign things to users like their “job title” and “current employment status” – and filter these, so i can see users who are “looking for a job” and have the job title: “doctor” – for example.
